Through intensification of system reform,establishment of modern enterprise system according to requirements of "Law of incorporation" and listed company,with the approval of The Peoples Government of China, ZK Heavy Machinery Group has reorganized the Group company to be ZK Heavy Machinery Co.,Ltd. It has adopted general manager responsibilities under the leadership of Board of Directors and operational system of parent and subsidiary company.
Under the Group, there are five companies,Henan Kuangyan Building Material Equipment Co.;Henan Kuangyan Heavy Machinery Co.,Henan Chuangxin Heavy Machinery Co.,Henan Zhongke Engineering & Technology Co., and Zhongke Architecture & Installation Co.. Under the Leadership of President and ZK Group, ZK people have made great achievements one after another and ZK Group has been expanded greatly. Now,the Group owned RMB 100 million of fixed assets, more than 1800 works and staff members, of which 30% are senior and junior engineers and technicians, It covers an area of 150000 sqm.
