My company has carbon steel and stainless steel, and two production lines-compounded technology and silica sol technology. We use zirconium sand and zirconium power as the surface. We use dry coal and sand on the second surface.. Casting surface is very smooth. The amount of deformity is small to reduce and avoid the convexconcave phenomenon, which not easily have the flaw of sand and blowhole.
