Our services: inspection, testing and auditing services
Our core services can be devided into three categories:
1).Inspection services
We may random check the goods for quantity, workmanship, color, size specification, function, packing and etc.. before shipment to ensure the goods shipped is conformed to your requirements to minimize the transaction risks and to make your business safer in China
--Pre-production Inspection: a visual check on the quality of components, material, and finished products at the beginning of production against client's specifications and /or reference sample.
--During Production Inspection: a visual check on the quality of components, material, semi-finished and finished products when at least 20%-30% of the order has been completed.
--Pre-shipment Inspection: it takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed and ready for shipment.
--Loading Supervision: Our inspectors will reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check product's information, quantity, package when loading,supervise the whole loading process and manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.
--100% inspection: When the merchandise is 100% completed, we will check the quality of goods piece by piece, which covers product appearance, workmanship quality, size measurements, functionality assortment, accessories, labeling and packing to make sure 100% of goods meet your specified quality requirement
2).Auditing Services
--Factory Audit: Customer may wonder before an order is placed to a new factory. It would be better to know more about the factory before they place the order. We can check the general information of the factory to save your time and cost.
--Social Compliance Audit: Generally check based on SA8000, to make sure whether the manufacturers comply with Chinese Labor Law, including child labor, minimum wage. overtime, social benefits. safety and health. protection of the environment and etc.
3).Testing Services
