An ISO9002 certification and CE certification manufacturer and exporter of medical gauze, Shaoxing GANGFENG Hospital Products Co., Ltd, has been selling its products to Europe and US since its establishment in 1992. GANGFENG's gauze products feature in quality yarn, high absorbency, good whiteness, neat and clean appearance and competitive prices. The gauze quality is up to the standard of BP1993 and USPXXIII.
Located in the East Coast of China near Shanghai port, GANGFENG is a medium size factory. Annually it produces 50 million square meters of medical gauze in different packing styles and 25 million pieces of abdominal pads and 25 million square meters of other products.

The Medical Gauze Mesh and Specification are following,
The Mesh: 40'sx40's, 32'sx32's, 21'sx21's, 21'sx16's and others.
The Specification: 30x20, 28x24, 24x20, 19x15, 20x12, 12x8(HQ) and others.
I. MEDICAL GAUZE
1).Jumbo rolls of approx.2,000 meters flat rolled or pillow form.
2).Medium rolls of 1000 meters/yards, flat/2-ply/4-ply;
3).Small rolls of 5-40 meters, flat/2-ply/4-ply;
4).Zigzag bales from 10 meters to 200meters;
5). Pre-cut Gauze.
II. ABDOMINAL PADS (Lap Sponges), non-washed/pre-washed, non-sterile/sterile, with/without X-ray detect.& loop, multiplies.
1). Normal size: 45x45cm, 30x30cm, 30x48cm, but any other size available by order.
2). Accessories:
a. Cotton Loop: white, blue or green as clients specifies, any length;
b. X-ray detectable elements: blue PVC thread or 4' PVC tapes as clients requests.
c. Iron rings: as clients indicated.
3). Normal packing: 100 pcs in a poly bag for the non-sterile, several bags into an export carton as outer packing. 5's bundled and enveloped for the sterile as client orders.
4). Labeling as clients indicates.
III. GAUZE SPONGES (SWABS, COMPRESSES) with or without X-ray detectable thread, edge-folded or edge-unfolded, normally in 8-ply, 12-ply and 16-ply, 24-ply, 100-200 pcs paper bag packed or individually packed. Normal sizes are 2'x2', 3'x3', 4'x4' & 4'x8' but other sizes and plies are workable.
IV. HOSPITAL RELATEED PRODUCTS
WOW bandage, triangular bandages, Latex gloves, Vinyl gloves, gauze balls, masks, eye pads, cleaning pads, laundry bags etc.
V. Non-woven Products, including the non-woven rolls and non-woven swabs.
