High-speed super-shaper paperboard machine is developed on the base of absorbing advanced paper making machine technology both in state and from abroad by our company. Its main characteristics are convenient making, reliable and safe function, easy to maintain, advanced technology, low price and so on. High-speed super-shaper combines both advantages of Fourdrinier and cylinder perfectly, as a result it is surely a successful apotheosis of paperboard shaping. Its main principle is to use pulp flow box to distribute fibre suspending liquid (pulp material) averagely to horizontal short Fourdrinier, then initialization figuration of paper begins. When the inspissation of pulp material achieves 3-4%, paper is formed originally and is brought to cylinder and cage zone which is surrounded by carpet. Dehydration mechanism of paper in this section is similar to Fourdrinier paper machine. .
