Application:

Spiral Separator is widely used for mineral processing , which forms closed circulation system matching with the ball mill, it can also used for separating sand , ore stone etc.. dewatering or removing slurry and so on.

Components:

The spiral separator consists of transmission part, spiral parts, tank, up-down framework, frame and valves.

Mechanism:

Different size of mineral grains have different gravity , they will fall at different speed in the fluid, exiguous grains will float in the surface and overflow the tank , as the same time, bulky grains will deposite in the bottom of the tank. The exiguous will enter next step , the bulky grains will enter the grinding mill .the bottom of the tank is made of steel , and the frame is steel board connected by sealing.
