This machine adopts frequency conversion drive, with two gears for feeding and spin-drying respectively. The whole cycle from feeding, washing, spin-drying to discharging only needs 3-4 minutes. The parts contacting solid or liquid sodium glutamate are made of food-use quality stainless steel totally up to the hygienic requirements. The centrifuge is specially used for separating such suspension liquid as sodium glutamate.
