We offer square and hexagonal kellys. Kellys are available up to 14m long. Our kellys are made from AISI 4145H modified alloy bars that are quenched and tempered full length. A hardness range of 285 to 341 BHN and a minimum impact value of 54 joules as per ASTM A 370 BHN chirpy are maintained one inch bellow the surface at room temperature. All ends and center drive section-trepanned to provide true bores. To improve resistance to galling. all connections are phosphatized and coated with API thread compound. Each bar and tube used to manufacture the kelly are examined with ultrasonic test and magnetic particle test. Strict inspections are through the whole process to ensure the high quality.
